Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) from our warehouses in Oxfordshire. Where items are in stock, orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.  Once the item is dispatched you will receive a notification via email - please check your 'Order Dispatched' email for tracking information. If you cannot find this email, please search your spam folder for "sales@biggamehunters.co.uk".

Unfortunately we cannot track items sent via Royal Mail at this time.

 

Getting Your Parcel To You

Small items (under 2kg) are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail, larger items are sent using Couriers. Unfortunately there are some areas that our couriers cannot deliver heavy and bulky items to and if this is the case you will be told at check out.

We can arrange specialist couriers for remote locations, however, delivery prices start at £26.50. If you would like to get a quote for delivery to a remote area, please contact our customer services team.

Delivery Times 

Small items are sent via 1st class Royal Mail and should arrive in 2 working days. For larger items sent via a courier, these should also arrive within 2 days of dispatch.

However, please note - at peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, Royal Mail and Courier networks may be significantly slower to deliver your items. This is as a result of the increased volumes being handled by them and is beyond our control. If you have an item that needs to be delivered by a specific date, please contact our customer services team before placing your order.

Multi-Part Deliveries

Some larger items, such as our larger Playhouses and adult sized Basketball stands, come in multiple boxes and may be delivered separately over multiple deliveries. If you are concerned that you have not fully received your order, please check with the courier in the first instance.

Out of Stock Items

In the unlikely event your item is out of stock, and the website has not been updated to show this, you will be notified immediately and given an estimated date for when the item will be available. At this point you can choose to cancel the order, and will be given alternatives to the product you have chosen. If a suitable substitute is not found, then you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. We aim to keep all our websites as up to date as possible but appreciate your patience when this is not possible.

What if I am out when it is delivered?

If there is an occasion where they attempt to deliver your order and you are out, our couriers will leave a card with follow-up information or send you an email to notify you that they have attempted delivery. That card and/or email will have instructions about how to arrange redelivery or in some cases, if you can arrange to collect the order (from the sorting office for example).
